Career management training in the university environment

In this paper we evaluate and confirm the effectiveness of including curriculum training on career management as a component university studies. The behaviour students in study was modified by uncertainty created crisis labour market due to pandemic.Our results that universities need develop generic academic skills demanded order provide their with comprehensive while also taking joint responsibility for developing students’ skills.
